產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占(zhan)地(di)面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換(huan),在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)另一端而落(luo)(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
