回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部(bu)結(jie)構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的(de)(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
