三筒式烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)燥狀(zhuang)態。物料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的。
