回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依(yi)次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折(zhe)流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得(de)到充分的利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
