回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上密(mi)封(feng)、保溫以及合理(li)的(de)(de)配套(tao)措施(shi),使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運(yun)行參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單可行,廣泛應用于各個(ge)行業的(de)(de)礦渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)(liu)后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能(neng)烘干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
