三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)三個同軸(zhou)水平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為(wei)與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被(bei)反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
