回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長(chang)濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)配套措施(shi),使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒式(shi)(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運(yun)行參數(shu)合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機是通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)干機的單筒體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機工(gong)作時,物料和熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風(feng)作用下(xia)快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的。
