回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干和(he)延長濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力(li)與(yu)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先(xian)進(jin)、運(yun)行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)各個(ge)行業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流依次(ci)進(jin)入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往(wang)復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得(de)到(dao)充分的利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和(he)廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多(duo)回(hui)路方式行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
