大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組成,這就使(shi)筒體的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利(li)用。其(qi)筒體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。

物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進,呈進兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延(yan)長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
