回轉式三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力與(yu)原單筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參(can)數合(he)理,操作簡單可行,廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于各個行業的(de)礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干機是(shi)通過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)干機的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機工作時,物料(liao)(liao)和(he)熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)(zai)中間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
