回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的(de)(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加上密(mi)封(feng)、保溫以(yi)及合(he)理的(de)(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參(can)數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用于各個(ge)行業(ye)的(de)(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體的外形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定(ding)連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒散發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒的熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
