三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒體外形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在內(nei)層(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的。
