回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上(shang)密(mi)封、保(bao)溫以(yi)及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒烘干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三筒,以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
