回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再(zai)加上密(mi)封(feng)、保溫以及合(he)理的配(pei)套措(cuo)施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與(yu)原單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單可(ke)行(xing)(xing)(xing),廣(guang)泛應用于各個行(xing)(xing)(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后(hou)(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收(shou)中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多(duo)回(hui)路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
