回轉式(shi)(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機改進原單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機內(nei)部(bu)結構(gou),增加入機前濕料的(de)(de)預烘干(gan)(gan)和延長濕料在機內(nei)烘干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機生產能(neng)力與(yu)原單筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)(shi)烘干(gan)(gan)機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度(du)可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運(yun)行(xing)參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機是通(tong)過對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang)(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang)(liang),同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成(cheng)干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
