回轉式(shi)三(san)筒烘(hong)干機改進原單筒烘(hong)干機內部結(jie)構,增加入(ru)機前濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干和延長(chang)濕料在(zai)機內烘(hong)干時間,再加上(shang)密封、保(bao)溫(wen)以及合(he)理(li)的(de)配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)干機生產能力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發強度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)(san)筒(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘干機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的三(san)(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個(ge)同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。

物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收中層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
