回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和(he)延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上(shang)密封、保溫以及合理的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強(qiang)度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物(wu)(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內呈矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
