回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料在(zai)機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)(he)理的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合(he)(he)理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮(suo)短(duan)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折(zhe)流后(hou),充(chong)分利(li)用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由(you)三個同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面得(de)到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面積和廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang)(liang),同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
