三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長(chang)度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延(yan)長了(le)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速行(xing)進,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
