產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一(yi)起(qi)的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依(yi)次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個(ge)同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層,實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層的抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層的另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層滾(gun)筒散發的熱量(liang),又吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒的熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層另一端而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
