回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密(mi)封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現(xian)(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)(ci)完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
