三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)支承裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。

物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)。
