回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三(san)筒式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)三(san)筒,以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次(ci)進入內至(zhi)外筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置的內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度(du)(du)地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設(she)計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長(chang)了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒,沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
