大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而(er)(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)(er)不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
