回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時(shi)間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能(neng)力(li)與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的(de)(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體的(de)(de)外形尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)(zai)機體Z形往復折流后,充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使(shi)筒體(ti)的截面得到充(chong)分的利(li)用。其(qi)筒體(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)(dai)動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
