回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合理(li)的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度可(ke)(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單可(ke)(ke)行(xing)(xing),廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘(zhan)土、煤(mei)(mei)。
產品(pin)結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在(zai)(zai)中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
