回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以(yi)及合理(li)(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位(wei)容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合理(li)(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套(tao)疊(die)在(zai)一(yi)起的三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘干物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設(she)計(ji)成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工(gong)作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
