回轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先(xian)進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理(li),操(cao)作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物料(liao)(liao)和熱氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)(zai)機體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料(liao)(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸水(shui)平放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒體的(de)(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用。其(qi)筒體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合(he)理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥時(shi)(shi)間(jian),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥狀態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥效(xiao)果的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干燥效(xiao)果的濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干燥,由(you)此完成干燥目的。
