回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及(ji)合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單位容(rong)積(ji)蒸(zheng)發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先(xian)進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)是(shi)通過對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和(he)熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
