三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒體的(de)截面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒體外(wai)形(xing)總(zong)長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散落(luo)(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退(tui)一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落(luo)(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
