回轉式三筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以(yi)及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發(fa)強(qiang)度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的(de)(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往(wang)復折流(liu)后,充分利(li)用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒體(ti)外形(xing)總(zong)長度約(yue)為與(yu)之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通(tong)過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式實現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進,呈進兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
