回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套(tao)措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產(chan)能力與(yu)原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行參數合理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)可行,廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒烘(hong)干機是通過(guo)對單筒烘(hong)干機的(de)(de)單筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的(de)(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作(zuo)時,物料和熱(re)(re)氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后,充分利用(yong)熱(re)(re)能烘(hong)干物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內(nei)、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總長度約為與之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
