回(hui)轉式(shi)三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結構(gou),增加入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和(he)延(yan)長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合(he)理,操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業的礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進(jin)入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后再(zai)卸出(chu)。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的截面得(de)到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工(gong)作原理
物料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物料移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物料因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物料在(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
