三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)(you)吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)(you)延長了(le)干燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干燥狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進,達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到干燥效(xiao)果的(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板內(nei)進行(xing)充分干燥,由此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干燥目的(de)(de)。
