三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到充(chong)分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)(ji)和廠房建(jian)筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落(luo)(luo)呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散(san)發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)目的。
