回(hui)轉(zhuan)式三筒烘干(gan)機改(gai)進(jin)原單筒烘干(gan)機內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機前濕料的預烘干(gan)和延長濕料在(zai)機內烘干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的配(pei)套措施,使烘干(gan)機生產能力(li)與原單筒式烘干(gan)機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個(ge)行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒烘(hong)干機是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒體改為套疊在一起(qi)的(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干機體的(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機工作時(shi),物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流(liu)依(yi)次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒體的(de)(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用(yong)。其筒體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
