回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機內部(bu)結構(gou),增加入機前(qian)濕料的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料在機內烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機生產(chan)能力(li)與原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)機相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先(xian)進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應(ying)用于各個(ge)行業(ye)的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦(ca),使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下(xia)(xia)不斷抄起、散(san)(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散(san)(san)發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進,達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄板內進行(xing)充(chong)分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)。
