回(hui)轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封(feng)、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機生(sheng)產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強度(du)可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準(zhun)煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運(yun)行參數(shu)合理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往復折流后,充分(fen)利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒套疊(die)組成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)料由供料裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)料移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步(bu)(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)(bu)的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)料在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物(wu)料行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料因自(zi)重而不能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
