回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)體改為(wei)套疊(die)在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機體的(de)外形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物料和(he)熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形(xing)(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體的截面得(de)到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒體外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與(yu)之(zhi)相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減(jian)少占(zhan)地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
