三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒體的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用。其(qi)筒體外(wai)形(xing)總長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與(yu)之相當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
