回轉式三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機前(qian)濕(shi)料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長(chang)濕(shi)料(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時(shi)間,再加(jia)上(shang)密封(feng)、保溫以(yi)及合(he)理的配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機生產能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機相(xiang)比,提高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進、運行參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的截面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大(da)幅度地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起(qi)、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)熱量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回路方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
