回(hui)轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保溫(wen)以及合理的配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅(jin)為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進、運行參數合理,操作(zuo)簡單可行,廣泛應用于各(ge)個(ge)行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改(gai)為套疊(die)在一(yi)起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折流(liu)后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水(shui)平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形(xing)總長(chang)度約為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的(de)(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上(shang)輪帶與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件(jian)的(de)(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時(shi)又(you)延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自(zi)重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
