回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加(jia)入機前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在(zai)機內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時(shi)間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合(he)理(li)的配(pei)套措施(shi),使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生(sheng)產能力與原(yuan)單筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參(can)數(shu)合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應用于各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為(wei)套疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往(wang)復(fu)折(zhe)流后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至內層(ceng)的另(ling)(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)(ru)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
