三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由(you)三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形總(zong)長度約為(wei)與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合(he)理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)達(da)(da)(da)到干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)(ju)形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料在熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)(da)(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料在此(ci)矩(ju)(ju)形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
