三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分(fen)由(you)三(san)個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的內、中、外筒套疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒體的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利(li)用(yong)。其筒體外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的單(dan)筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠(chang)房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接帶動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理
