回轉(zhuan)式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長濕(shi)(shi)料在機(ji)(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫以及合(he)理(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施(shi),使烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原單筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡(jian)單可行(xing)(xing),廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流(liu)后,充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干物料后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒體部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒體的截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒體外(wai)形(xing)總長度約為(wei)與之相當(dang)的單筒的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由(you)電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換(huan),在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang)(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
