回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機內部結(jie)構,增加入機前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干時(shi)間,再加上密封(feng)、保溫(wen)以及合理(li)(li)的配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機生(sheng)產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干機相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發(fa)強度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理(li)(li),操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土(tu)、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘干(gan)物料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截面得(de)到充(chong)分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)(du)約(yue)為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅(fu)度(du)(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑(zhu)面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行進式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步退(tui)一(yi)步的(de)(de)行進方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行進,達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速行進排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不(bu)能快速行進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進行充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的(de)(de)。
