產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
