大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支承,由電機直(zhi)接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總(zong)體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)裝置(zhi)進入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式實現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進入中層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進,呈(cheng)進兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回路方式行(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內進行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
