三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使(shi)筒(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為(wei)與(yu)之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積和廠(chang)房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng)(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
